Craig Senior
Founder, The Career Boardroom

Lifeguard. Public Servant. C-Suite By 31. Still Home For Dinner Every Night.

I built the career most professionals spend a lifetime chasing, without trading my family, my health, or my weekends to get there. Now I teach the exact system to people who refuse to make that trade too.

Founder's Note

I Didn't Stroll Into The C-Suite On Day One

I started out as a lifeguard, running a swim school on the side while I was studying at uni. Then my girlfriend, now my wife, gave me a two-week ultimatum to go and land a "real" job.

I found one in the public service, and that's where I learned how to stack value fast. By 31, I'd climbed to C-suite: six-figures, leading teams, and still showing up for my family, my health, my identity outside of work.

That's the part most career advice leaves out: you shouldn't have to trade your life for your income. Along the way I built a framework to help other people do both at once. That framework became The Career Boardroom.

These days my work is split between building TCB and staying exactly the person I was before it existed: husband, dad, mate, the one still up for a Saturday match or a Sunday swim.

The Filter I Run Everything Through

Make Money. Have Fun. Help People.

Three rules, in order. If a career move or a business decision doesn't serve at least one of them, it doesn't make the cut.

01

Make Money

Your income should reflect your value. Most people are underpaid not because they lack skill, but because they lack a system to prove it.

02

Have Fun

A bigger salary that costs you your evenings, your health, and your marriage isn't a win. The goal is more freedom, not just more hours.

03

Help People

The best career moves compound: for you, your team, and the people watching how you do it. Build a reputation worth having.
